The first steatite pipe with smoke way extension.
Due to a hinge, it is possible for the first time to work out the smoke way by countersinking, instead of drilling. The way of the smoke is twice as long as the pipe and thus the smoke is cooled down better.  More condensate will sediment to the pipe. The porose structure of the steatite will already absorb a large amount of the tar in the smoke. For cleaning the pipe, just swing open the two parts. You will reach the stained places very easily.

Due t it's narrowing shape, the pipe is very tight and will let only less than 5% side air in.
